This oven is incredible. The first thing I baked was a chicken patty and it was cooked to perfection- crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I love how easy this oven is to operate, and it preheats quickly. I couldn™™t be more satisfied.

This oven replaced one we had for over 26 years and really liked. Oven Technology has obviously advanced and this new Frigidaire is a nice replacement. It is smart looking and quiet. We have yet to try all the features but look forward to doing so.

This is my 2nd convection oven and I love that option!It bakes evenly wherever I place my item(s) to bake/cook. There's only a few things that could be improved upon:A 3rd rack would be fantastic! With the larger size oven, this should be standard.The touch screen control panel can be a bit finicky. It's not very user friendly and I find myself hunting for modes I want. Maybe add a favorite button that users could personalize and get to from the home screen.The coating (powder? paint?) is super thin, as it's already rubbed off from the rack movement. A possible area for rust in the future. I'm not a baker, per se. I've used my oven maybe a dozen times in the 9 months I've had it. See attached pics.

Convection oven works great, heats ups fast with no issues. I like all the safety shut off features. Not a fan of how hard the plastic is to get of the display. Pieces of plastic got stuck in cracks in the oven face plate. I worry about melting/burning plastic.

Had the double oven for 2 years and have had 2 service calls still not fixed. The oven cuts off and back on while cooking. The time on the clock does not hold the correct time. This unit seems to have a lot of glitches. We are in the middle Tennessee area and don™™t recommend this oven for anyone looking to upgrade.
