Got this freezer. It's freezing everything I put in it.It freezes hotdogs, pizzas, beef, chicken, freeze pops, wontons and everything else I put in there. Sometimes if I take to long loading the freezer even my hand gets frostbite. Good work guys.

I love the multiple shelves with flexibility to adjust them to my desired configuration for my personal storage needs. The shelves inside the door are better than most freezers I™™ve seen as they™™re solid with no opening at bottom for food items to fall through. My only complaint is the fact that I can™™t lock the temperature adjustment that™™s on the outside door. And there™™s not a door lock on this freezer model. Otherwise, I highly recommend as Frigidaire has always been a well made and long running appliance brand I™™ve used many times before.

I purchased this freezer through Lowe™™s after I had another freezer start to go out on me the week before I was supposed to pick up a 1/2 a cow from the processor. The new freezer has several features that I like. First the space was more than adequate to hold aforementioned 1/2 a cow, secondly unlike the freezer I replaced this unit has glass shelves that go all the way across from edge to edge where as the last unit had wire racks that barely set on a 1/2 inch lip on either side. I also liked the fact that the temperature adjustment is on the outside. The only issue I have is that when I close the door it wants to roll backwards and I did not see any thing in the limited instructions on being able to lock the caster wheels to prevent this. Overall I am pleased with the product and hope it lasts for many years to come.

Love my Frigidaire freezers. This is the second one I™™ve put in my garage and other family members have them too. Never had any problems in freezing temps or hot summers outside in the garage. All are still working perfectly. The only thing that I would change would be for this model to come with one more shelf. I had to buy an extra shelf in order to take advantage or the space inside without overloading the shelves. Easy enough fix though.

This freezer replaced a Frigidaire freezer we purchased about 12 years ago. We wanted the alarm and temp panel and this one had it all. The bottom basket is different but, for me, is an improvement over the previous one. We are very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this freezer.

It has the perfect number of shelves included and the shelves in the door add some extra space for small things like freezer packs and juice. It's hard to say how long this freezer will last, but I love that it is energy efficient, garage ready, made in the USA, has a very nice smooth finish that is easy to clean, plus many other nice features like a high temperature warning and a bright light on the inside as well as useful and adjustable shelves. I am replacing a small chest freezer made by Frigidaire that is 50 years old (and still working) . My guess is that this new one won't last that long but hopefully it will last long longer than I will last. I haven't had this freezer long but so far I like it. And upright is much handier than a chest freezer as far as getting stuff in and out and seeing what you have. I also appreciate that it was available at Lowe's for a price less than other good name brands.

Good upright freezer but came with a dent in the doir

So far, we are happy with the freezer, but it did come with a dent in the door and a paint mark on the inside after we removed the Styrofoam and plastic wrap that was supposed to protect it. We contacted Best Buy corporate and they said there was nothing they could do about it. It was best to talk to the store. The store just talked about starting a return. I wasn™™t about to lug it back up the stairs for a dent in the door also the wire that runs along the bottom of the door does not stay in the track consistently so we had to use packaging tape to hold it up and prevent it from getting trapped or dragging when opening the door.

I've had it a month. It's in the garage, where it is cool but not cold. Pretty consistent temperature based on my thermometer. I like the glass shelves, and the interior is well designed to provide lots of usable space for the size. I got it on sale at Costco, so a good price and good value.

The upright freezer has replaced a much smaller chest freezer and the ability to easily find the items we are looking for with out digging is so much more useful. This is the first freezer only appliance I've ever purchased, but I have had "hand me down" chest freezers. And very much feel this upright freezer is a huge upgrade. Being able to fit all I had in the two smallish chest freezers I had into one upright freezer is fantastic. I no longer have to dig down into the freezer to see what I have hidden because nothing is hidden. better organization, and takes up less floor space.

This unit is well laid out and has a lot of space. The 1/4 beef we bought mostly fits in the bottom drawer - lots of additional room. The glass shelves are sturdy. The door swing is reversible- handy feature.

We absolutely LOVE our new garage freezer set up in our shed. It is so bright inside upon opening the door and so much room for storage! We now have room to store that half of a beef that we have been wanting to get. And we believe there will be room left over. It took under 8 hours to get to the proper temperature of zero. We expect this freezer will outlive us as our last Frigidaire freezer we bought is still running and is over 35 years old without a single repair.

After 47 years, our old garage freezer was constantly needing to be defrosted. After some research found this "garage ready" unit on sale at Costco. After being delivered and set up, we were ready to load it up with all the frozen foods removed from our old unit. We did have some problems with loading the same amount from our 20 cu.ft. freezer to the new same sized freezer. Unfortunately, the door shelves were inhibiting us from closing the door. You cannot load the glass shelves to the edge and we had to change the way we loaded the freezer. Playing "tetris" with frozen packages of beef was stressful, and not always successful. We solved the issue by buying 8 tension curtain rods (2 per shelf) to keep a required amount of space between items on the shelf and items on the door shelves. We are cautious each time opening the door to avoid a possible avalanche of frozen food on our feet.

Great product, received in good condition. The small panel on the front doesn't seem to stick well to the door but otherwise is in great working order. I had read some reviews that the shelves were loose or ill-fitting... and this doesn't seem to be the case any longer. The shelves were secure and would not shift or fail. My older freezer was only 3 inches shorter but seemed to be full at all times. When filling with the same contents from the old freezer - this handled it in style. More shelving, more door space, brighter with the LED light... and with the Energy Star rating I'm looking forward to a lower electric bill. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Large freezer but shelves are short and there are large gaps between the back of the shelf and the back of the freezer so things fall through and much less usable space than expected. No indication of what the temperature in the freezer is. No lock. No door open alarm.
