The frig is big , beautiful, and I love it! The only thing i missed was getting the user manual with the purchase. (I am old school and tactical, not a downloader). Also, it took a while to figure out where the plastic dividers where to be installed. I actually went back to the store to look at the floor model to help solve this puzzle.

I purchased the 4 door frigidaire gallery and totally not satisfied! After 6 years it died! The warranty I purchased is was for 5 years only. After the warranty expired, it malfunctioned and I was told by the service technician after it was diagnosed that Frigidaire usually not accept the case of my fridge. Terrible product and it was not cheap. No working fridge in my house for a week now.

I really like this refrigerator. I was worried about the small bins on the door, because of the external water/ice dispenser, being too small to use. However, I have found them to be extremely useful for smaller bottles and take out condiments... They don't get lost in the drawers anymore! It is very quiet and keeps everything cold. The only thing I found is I have to be careful what I put in the door bin that is directly behind the water/ice dispenser as I have had some liquids freeze there.

This fridge is replacing a 9 yr 9 month old LG that has very similar features and size. The drawers on this unit slide much more easily than the LG, and the water filter is much easier to change out. To change out the water filter on the LG I had to empty the top shelf and take it out to be able to drop the door far enough to get the filter out to replace. The one thing I liked better on the LG is that there is a seperate ice and water lever so you didn™™t have to hit a button to change what comes out, just move the cup to the other lever. The LG is noticeably more quiet as well, but since it failed in 9 years I wouldn™™t mind the slightly louder compressor in this Frigidaire if it lasts a lot longer. It™™s not very loud though so I didn™™t knock any stars off for it.

The refrigerator started having a HI temperature warning. Tried toe reset it like the web site said but no luck. Contacted Frigidaire only to be told there are limited service companies in my area. Strange since I only live 45 miles from Atlanta. Frigidaire said it would take 5-7 days for them to find a service company. Amazing for a company as big as Frigidaire to take that long to find a repair company. Went through this with my new Frigidaire stove too. Had to buy another stove. Don't buy anything made by Frigidaire.
