Worst dishwasher I have ever had! Doesn™™t dry after nearly 4 hours per cycle. Have it on maxboost dry and still wet. Horrible at cleaning dishes, even with me pre rinsing. Would never recommend this garbage to anyone

We really like fridgidaire. We have switched almost our appliances to it. So far we are extremely pleased with everything. We just put the dishwasher in a week ago and am very pleased. I am able to put quite a few dishes in it and they have come out very clean.

The dishwasher does a pretty good job overall but be sure to prerinse things. It takes a little practice to get the racks moving smoothly. I love the light that shines on the floor to tell me when the washer is working and done.

NOT QUIET - DON'T BUY IT

QUIET??? NOT QUIET!!! I have 2 model PDSH4816AF dishwashers that both make loud clicking sounds I've never heard in any other model and make dishwashers I have owned. You hear it numerous times about 20-30 minutes into the wash cycle. At least 5 annoying minutes. They are under warranty and the repairman determined the sounds are coming from the soap and rinse aid dispensers. He thought they were too loud and too frequent but he called the help desk and was told this was NORMAL. These are advertised as "quiet" and they are anything but. I'd call it ABBYNORMAL. If not for this persistent LOUD clicking I would say this model was pretty quiet.

Had this dishwasher installed 8/14/25. Called in to service on 10/16/25 due to the control panel was inoperative. The less than helpful CS agent finally told me that a service technician would be at my house on 10/20/25 - between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. So here it is 5:19 pm™¦ no calls, no show, no technician.

I love Frigidaire appliances. I bought this model to replace a Frigidaire Gallery that I had for 11 years. I loved the fact that I could choose between three wash pressures and three water temperatures. When looking for a new dishwasher, I realized that those features had largely been removed. I decided on this Frigidaire Professional model as the rack layout was most similar to my old dishwasher and was supposed to be quieter. I love the style and look of this dishwasher, the upgraded utensil rack and drying performance. I have been disappointed, however, with top rack cleaning performance. The silverware comes out of the utensil basket with food stuck all over that is now dried on. Glassware on the top rack has white residue and food particles all over. I have tried different cycles (Heavy, Normal, Delicate) and detergents. I checked to make sure the incoming water temperature was hot enough (~130 degrees at the tap). It is almost as though there is not enough water or wash pressure coming out of the very top spray arm. To spend this much money on a dishwasher you expect much better cleaning results.

Try rollers when pulling out gets off path

The rollers when pulling the bottom tray gets out of the path easily. Can be better designed. The Cutlery holder handle hits the washer side, when the bottom tray is pushed inside. This prevents the bottom tray from going inside the washer smoothly.

This dishwasher is so quiet, you might not even know it's running. No more do we have to wait until after we shut off the TV and go to bed for us to run our old noisy dishwasher. This one can run anytime and not interrupt your conversations or TV viewing.

Designed by people who don't do dishes - Overpriced Terrible Dishwasher

This is the first time in 15 years that I've had a dishwasher. I was so excited to start using this model and have been so disappointed. It is barely functional. The bottom rack prongs are not spaced far enough apart to accommodate anything more than the thinnest of plates. Cutting boards, pans, etc. will not fit. Pots, bowls, and anything larger than a dessert plate has to just be piled on top. BUT! The clearance between the bottom rack and the upper spray arm is so small that these items will prevent the spray arm from turning. The dishes in the top rack don't get cleaned when this happens. The upper rack prongs are similar. Bowls do not fit and end up stacking on top of each other. This prevents any chance of silverware or utensils getting clean in the very top rack. Dishes only barely dry on the highest drying setting even with a drying agent and following the manual. So, it's a choice of paying for the extra electricity to dry my dishes or let them air dry for hours. For the price we paid, I expected much more.

The only thing I do not like is that the holders for the dishes are slanted. Sometimes it is hard to put large items like pots, pans, cock pots in the dishwasher.
