My first brand new washer dryer set in years. What a difference newer technology makes. The pet pro set spoke to me as I have a car and dog who shed hair constantly. It works wonderful. Catches pet hair and a quick clean out of the aerator after a wash. I™™m totally loving this set.

This washer and dryer are excellent machines. The issue I had was with the washing machine. When I washed towels and sheets using hot water the steam and vapors escaped through the back of the lid and wet the entire control panel. This is a concern. Service was called and was told not to use hot water. Not an option for me. I am returning the machines.

The drying works great and there are plenty of cycle choices. The issue we have is the buttons on the keypad takes several times to get it to work. It doesn™™t sense the touch. It is frustrating but eventually works.

have owned the unit for 2 weeks , check back in 6 months and I can give a fair evaluation of the dryer . The dryer work great . 5 stars on the dryer. The washing machine is ruff on clothes , the start button can be a bit testy by not wanting to start the machine , this is a problem , when it does start it chooses the wash cycle it wants to choose . I`m starting to see why it comes with the 5 year warranty . So far 1/2 star on the washer .

I™™ve had this dryer 3 weeks. It is very difficult to turn on. Buttons are not touch or pressure sensitive. Disappointing that no owner™™s manual is included with the machine. It does good job drying clothes. Quiet operation.

I love my new Maytag dryer; however, I have issues with receiving notifications when cycle is complete. Have followed all directions exactly and set multiple times and have received only 1 notification when I have done multiple loads.

Original failed from 2022, replaced with same model. Original Looks new™¦ clean vet, no lint trapped. Stopped working™¦ estimated over $300 min for diagnosis and repair plus parts. Might as well buy a new one™¦ so we did. Salesperson at appliance store said washers and dryers don™™t last like they one did™¦ she said 5-6 years max regardless of brand™¦. Kinda sad to plan obsolescence as repairs after ~4years (family of 3-4) not worth fixing. Oh well. Extended warranty™™s are roughly 1/3-to 1/2 the price of new machine, yikes, just plan on the machines failing sooner than you would expect.

after about 15 minutes of drying, the dryer began to scream. It was so loud, we couldn't even talk over it. Had someone come out and look at it and need to replace the motor/blower. Worst part is, we cannot use it all because it is a fire hazard.

In a nut shell...my true rating is ZERO stars. Almost every load comes out of the washer with soap residue. A repair man came yesterday and I was told to wash everything on the bulky cycle. That is not an acceptable answer. The bulky cycle beats the crap out of my clothes. If that is the only cycle I can use then I want credit for all the other cycles that I have paid for but cannot use. Bottom line this machine is junk and it will probably go to the landfill after I save enough money to buy a new machine.

It didn™™t clean my clothes any better than my washer and dryer I™™ve had for 20+ years. I felt the sensors would cause more problems with the machines before the hardware. The company I bought off from allowed me to exchange the machines and I no longer have them

It™™s a dryer with a lot of features. For the cost, I wish it had come with all the parts to use the steam feature but they leave that up to the buyer to figure it out. So far it works as it should. Hoping I™™ll get 10+ years out of it with all the electronics it has on it, but we will see.

This is a big upgrade from my old dryer. I love the cycle options and that I have an app to let me know when the cycle is complete. The app allows me to go for walks instead of sitting in the house waiting for the buzzer to sound.

I love this Dryer! The wireless feature helps me know when's it™™s done and I can adjust as needed. It dries by king size bed comforter with no problem!!!! So nice. Ive always had Maytags, like my mom and grandmother. So in 50 years of marriage this is only my third. Add it up! Thats an average of 25 years each!
