I have had problems with the drain hose leaking one clamp was not installed at the factory and hose rubbed against a fixture on the tub rubbing a hole through the hose. Two different leaks. Two different times.

Very disappointed with this washer. It takes a long time to start the machine, goes out of balance very often, and is pretty noisy even though it is in the basement away from living areas.

Just 10 days after installation, Maytag washer broke down during a wash. Something caused wash and water drained out internally and flooded my laundry room floor and popped the circuit breaker due to water shorting out the motor. After getting an appointment for a repairman, he found that a drainage hose broke loose internally. An updated replacement part needed to be backordered by repairman.

Works good. A little sensitive to touching the start start button and how long you have to hold the button to actually get the machine to run. Normal setting doesn't like towels/jeans. Need to use the Towel setting. It will be unbalanced and stop on normal. Works great. I personally feel the noise it makes while washing is louder than my former front loader. Overall, I am happy with it.

So far machine works as it should. Only thing I have notice is for some reason I can not get it to connect to able to start it with my phone. The only thing now have a couple weeks I have is the short drain hose that is included with the washer. Had to purchase longer hose.

The washing machine is nice with the large tub and ability to run more water and work out stains before washing. I have not had it long enough to call it reliable.
The one big factor I really do not like is the electronics. It is one thing to boot up a computer and another to have to wait and hold button for the machine to be set. I would not have bought this machine if I had known this aspect. And, I hope the electronics are durable because I would not want to spend money on that to be replaced.

I love the machine. Removes hair well but it takes forever to get started. Have to hold my finger on start forever then it finally comes up to what load,turn hair removal back on, go thru and is it cold water, is it hot, heavy duty or normal, how about spin? Is it normal, fast etc. then after changing that then I have to hold for hourglass to do its thing then go down to start till it senses.

Washing machine is loud. Really loud. Too loud. Even with the laundry room door closed, it's too loud.
The controls are difficult to use. Pressing a button isn't just pressing a button. The buttons much be touched correctly to register input. It is a poor interface choice.

I love my new washer and dryer. Clothes come out nice and clean and no pet hair. The only issue i have is when I put fabric softener in it's space and turn on the fabric softener button it doesn't use the softener and i don't know why? Its frustrating for the price I paid for the set.

I've had this new washer for a week now and I am really enjoying it. I haven't washed a queen size comforter yet but it certainly got the full size one clean. The Pet pro hair removal works great so worth having. I know some people say it's noisy but I don't think it's any noiser than any other washing machine I have owned. As of right now I would definitely recommend it.

Love this smart washer. I don™™t know how I have made it this whole time without one! I can turn the washer on from my phone.! Basically change on settings and everything besides automatically dry them. Who would have thought! The cycles are true to their time shown. If my teenage boy is in a rush to do laundry lets me know an hours before hand then they will be washed and dried by the time he leaves. They seem durable. They don™™t bounce all over my laundry room when the cycle is on spin mode! I couldn™™t be happier

We love our new
Maytag washer and dryer. The efficiency has cut down on our time doing laundry tremendously! The clothes spin out until they™™re almost dry. It™™s a big change from our previous machines.
The only change I™™m not crazy about is the amount of time it takes to start both washer and dryer. You have to keep your fingers there for quite awhile to start it.

Love the PetPro washer and Dryer. It took a bit to get used to operating but so glad I bought this set! Just being able to remove the agitator for cleaning is awesome can™™t imagine all of the debris going through my drain pipe before. So far, so good.
The "start" process to run clothes remains mysterious. Does the "Power" button need to be pressed each time you run it? "System Reset" appears if it's pressed. That doesn't seem good. And the directions don't really say.
"Wash" choices are great, featuring a wide selection and combination.
An interior light, especially illuminating the basket would help. It's dark in there.

We bought this a couple of weeks ago and have mixed feelings about it. We like the size of the tub as it allows us to get our king size bedding done easily. There are several things I do not like about this washer. First and foremost, the salesperson did not completely go over the features of this washer. She did not address the WiFi capabilities and the features that can be customized. She really was not familiar with the features. We only wash clothes on a cold water cycle. Washing in warm or hot water fades the colors on all items.There is only one cycle out of all the cycles that gives a cold water wash. Had I known that and had I known about the WiFi deal, I would not have purchased the washer. Another thing I do not like is that there was no documentation with the washer in the showroom describing features and the different wash cycles. That information is only available online and it really isn't easily accessible. Another feature that I don't like is that it takes over an hour to complete a single wash. This could be remedied by using the Quick Cycle, but unfortunately, the quick cycle does not give a cold wash option. This washer is extremely noisy during all cycles. Finally, Trying to get a hold of a live person to talk about technical issues is almost impossible and that really sucks. I have spoken to the store manager from the store that we bought this unit from and I let him know about our issues with this product. I would not hesitate to buy from this store again but I would definitely think twice about buying a Maytag product again.

Our old Maytag washer recently died (it was 17 years old) and we purchased this new model. It did take a while to learn how to start it (make sure to touch with my thumb and that my thb is warm so the washer detects the touch), but once I did, all works great.
