I purchased this appliance approximately 6 months ago and have had 2 service calls on it. within days of the first service call being completed, the same issue happened. i contacted electrolux a total of 5 times over 45 days to have the appliance repaired, each time promised that the part was on the way. the customer service centre is a joke. they never sent the part. i have to unplug it from the wall after every use. At this point i want to just take it to the dump and buy something different.

We moved to a new home and had to leave behind our Viking range and recently remodeled kitchen. The first kitchen appliance slated for replacement was a tired, basic older stove. Not wanting to spend upwards of $5000 for another Viking range we began to look at our options.This Electrolux range immediately caught our eyes for its design and build quality and at $3300 was more than $2000 less than our Viking. We decided to give it a try. Wanting to wait until it had a couple of months' worth of testing all of its features and "getting to know" it, it is time for a review! In a word, "Amazing"! I was initially skeptical of so many functions and features as I am more of the "less is more" type. But after having used all of the functions I have to say that this range is spot on the way it is. As an avid baker I am not sure how I ever survived without a proof function! I appreciate that all of the main burners are the same large size with the front two having the highest outputs to the lowest outputs. The center oval burner is also larger than most and can be adjusted to a very low level perfect for an iron skillet and pancakes.At a far better price this range out preforms our previous Viking and the Italian made quality is evident. I highly recommend this range to anyone serious about cooking and baking. I was a professional chef for many years and this one ticks all the boxes for me at a fair and reasonable price. Nice job, Electrolux!!

I bought this range 10 months ago when there weren't any reviews out. Save your money and a few headaches and do not buy this range. Electrolux has come out 4 times now to replace the cooling fan, cooling fan sensor, and now the entire control module. It throws error codes and the fan does not turn off. It's noisier now from them prying it apart. And of course Electrolux doesn't warranty the new parts. While it cooks well, it's not worth it when it suddenly stops cooking your food and starts beeping at you. Many meals ruined.... My stove arrived damaged. The shipping company is impossible to deal with. A new stove is on the way but I™™m three weeks without one now with at least a week to go. Won™™t know for sure until the shipping. Company responds to the scheduling request.

It looks great! The range was on sale as a close out, which made the purchase more attractable. Overall satified, but its blower/fan is noisy when the oven is on and after the burners are on. The controls are not intuitive and the directions are confusing. Once we figured everything out the system, the system is working fine.

its only a few months old ( just finished a kitchen remoldel), maybe used the one burner 5 times so far (single guy, dont cook much) and the front left burner ( the only one i use) got discolored (burn mark), cheap stainless top, if i look at this top crooked it gets a scratch...Warrenty dept person said "oh well". they won't even send a rep to take a look at it, very sorry i went with Electrolux for all my new kitchen appliances... Im scared to use the other burners now...

Nice range, cooks food well, would have given a 5 star but had 2 complaints with it right out of the box. When oven heats up the cooling fan begins making really loud noise and doesn™™t stop till it cools down. The front 2 burners flame will go out when turned to low flame. Electrolux tech came out and ordered parts for both issues, hopefully we can resolve the problems then maybe I can rate it again

We are in love with our new range. Great quality and great appearance. Food has never been so well prepared due to the even heat both on the cooktop or oven. We had a few issues with the delivery that we await the resolution. Overall, super happy with our purchase. Will definitely embrace the Electrolux brand for future purchases.

Upgraded from a "contractor grade" GE appliance. We love the sleek, professional look. There are lots of really nice professional touches like the way the knobs feel, the soft close on the over door, the weight of the grates, that really upgraded the look and feel of my entire kitchen. 5 stars!

This is a most unique oven and I am most pleased to have one in my home. There are so many wonderful features like the brightness inside the oven, the large window so that I could see my food cooking, the heavy iron grates, the proofing selection for my breads and so on. However, the oven is hard to scrub clean, the knobs are extra sensitive if you accidentally bump them they come on, the convection bake selection is not as powerful as it should be, the promise of brass burners in front are fakes, not at all what was advertise on your website and the middle burner is completely useless for no professional gas range would ever have these unnecessary burners. All things being considered I still felt the need to give four stars for I just look forward to cooking/baking something new on it everyday!

When I turn on one knob , so all 5 burners ignite at same time and one burner light up. Is this normal as we are not used such type of technology. I also missed bottom panel to cover legs , is it coming with gas range!

Difficult to track down in the US and that's a shame. Every square inch of this range is engineered and built for function. There are no tech gimmicks here that will be obsolete or broken in a few years. Italian dual ring perimeter burners produce even heat and the low range of the valve can be fine tuned. Think it has the only fish burner on the market with two independent heating elements so you can use one end or the other as a middle burner if you wish. Convection oven has plenty of space and the metal wire support structure and glides are a luxurious touch. If you're serious about cooking there is no better option than this gas range in the 30" class. You can spend twice as much on other brands and actually get less!

I have had a couple of convection ovens before, but this one is the grand daddy of them all!! When Electrolux stated that this is True Convection, it was not an understatement! AMAZING!! Also, the two dual brass burners cooks my food even more efficiently. The continuous grates assists with effortless sliding of heavy pots from burner to burner. And last but not least, the huge space inside the oven allows you to cook several dishes at once! Needless to say, I'm super impressed with my new gas range!!!

Love my new highly functional and efficient new range! This range is top of the line and far surpasses the functions of my last range. I Especially love the ™CookTime™ feature. With 15 minutes left on baking, I had to step out of the kitchen, setting the CookTime function. This easily allowed it to finish in 15 minutes & then automatically it lowered to ™Warm ™. Perfection every time! The generous space inside allows for many different items to cook together™¦.very roomy interior. a I had always wanted in the past. This makes the timing for multiple item meals more efficient.I can™™t wait to try the probe when I make my next turkey! The probe senses the internal temperature and will shut off automatically when done. I can cook in Convection mode as well . This range will not disappoint! There are so many more features it is capable of. This is truly a beautiful addition to my new kitchen that was overdue!
